What are the shipping details?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 USPS ground. We will provide you with a tracking number.
For orders under $100 shipping will be calculated at check out.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time ship the same day ( excluding holidays).

Orders placed Monday Through Friday after 3 PM Pacific Standard Time ship the following day (excluding holidays).

We do not ship on weekends.

You will receive an email once your jewelry ships. Please be advised that during national holidays shipping times may be longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! international shipping is based on the provided shipping address.

For orders over $300, international shipping is free.

Please note, all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Belaroca Jewelry and are to be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Errors and Damaged Products
In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange a replacement please contact us. Just go to contact and follow the instructions.
