What are the shipping details?
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $100 USPS ground. We will provide you with a tracking number.
For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout.
- Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the same day ( excluding holidays).
- Orders placed Monday through Friday after 3 PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the following day (excluding holidays).
- We do not ship on weekends.
- You will receive an email once your jewelry ships. Please be advised that shipping times may be longer during national holidays.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! International shipping is based on the provided shipping address.
- For orders over $300, international shipping is free.
- Please note that all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Belaroca Jewelry and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Please see the options for more shipping information and pricing when you check out.
- There are NO returns or exchanges on international orders.
Shipping Errors and Damaged Products
If we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or take it back for a full refund at our expense. To arrange a replacement, please get in touch with us. Just go to Contact and follow the instructions.
