Shipping​

• Orders placed Monday through Friday by 3 PM  Pacific Standard Time ship the same day excluding holidays).

• We do not ship on weekends.

• You will receive an email once your jewelry ships. Please be advised that during national holidays shipping times may be longer.

Do you ship internationally?

​We do! International shipping is based on the provided shipping address.

• For orders over $300, international shipping is free.

• Please note that all international orders are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Belaroca Jewelry and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Shipping Errors and Damaged Products

​If we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back the item for a full refund at our expense. To arrange a replacement, please contact us.
